Agabus.com
is a theological concern named for Agabus, the New Testament
prophet who appears twice in Acts (Acts 11:28 & 21:10).
My aim is to promote New Fundamentalism, a faith rooted in the
fundamental truths of Christianity and expressed in the ancient church
creeds. "In essentials, unity. In non-essentials, liberty. In all things, charity." |

This is my Flickr
photo blog. Since the advent of digital photography, I shoot
liberally, documenting all aspects of life. Most of the
pictures are "personal," though some sets are of interest to the
general
public, including my pics of Camp Victory, Mount Hope, James Lick High
School, Mountain Bible Church, and some nature photography. "A good photograph is knowing where to stand." -- Ansel Adams (no relation) |

Facebook
is the first social website I've every really joined. Yes, I have a
MySpace account, but I've never used it. I'm a big fan of Facebook
because traffic
is limited to ones "friends" -- that's the technical designation for
people you network with on Facebook. My "friends" are my real friends,
and
I don't accept non-friends as "friends." "The only way to have a friend is to be one." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson |

I read somewhere
that pastors and ministers should Twitter.
I've got a nagging suspicion that this is really just another way to
text. Oh well, I didn't want to be out of the loop, so I've got
a Twitter account, which I use more to promote my blog than anything
else. (Maybe I just don't get it.) "Twitter downtime is an opportunity to muse about what the source of our problems might be, and to propose creative solutions." -- Twitter Developer |

As if Flickr
weren't enough, now I'm posting video of life. Not very active on YouTube
yet. Mostly I watch other people's videos. “All of the books in the world contain no more information than is broadcast as video in a single large American city in a single year. Not all bits have equal value.” -- Carl Sagan |

exclusion is a relatively new branch of theology, which is
controversial in the circles it is known. It proposes that some
Christians will be excluded from God's presence during the millennial
kingdom. That's exceptional. More concerning is its emphasis on works
and carnality. I've begun a site, addressing these concerns called KingdomExclusion.com. "I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel." -- St. Paul (Gal. 1:6) |

I am the webmaster
at James Lick High School
in East San Jose. We use a service so there is not much to the design
of the site, but it does serve a useful purpose. We also use School
Loop, an on-line service for posting assignments and grades. "I never let school interfere with my education." -- Mark Twain |
